Use in bacillus

[http://2010.igem.org/Team:Groningen#/expression Igem Groningen 2010] has successfully used this part in Bacillus subtilis. The GFP was induced by the quorum sensing modified srfA promoter.

The version in at least Spring 2014 Distribution Kit Plate 2 well 24B is said to come in pSB1C3. However sequencing shows that this is not the case: There is a repetion before the BioBrick prefix containing an additional EcoRI site.
